I love this machine because it helps me to enjoy releasing a new and softer, more youthful look & feel of my face. I have yet to try it on my arms etc. but I am excited to do my other body parts for the summer season. The machine is nice and compact, however I wish the case was a bit larger for fitting the hose, power cord more neatly, the case is still nice for keeping everything together in one place, it would have also been nicer to have a larger case so that I could store all my diamond tips inside the case as well. A help line number for questions, tips, etc. would have been nice for a novice person such as myself. With all that being said, I still rate this machine 5 stars because of the results achieved after using it on my face, my makeup glides on more evenly & smoother (wow! my makeup glides on)...and yet the best is that I am using less makeup rather than more. It's not a miracle machine by no means, and yet it is a miracle machine? I wouldn't give up my machine for all the tea in China..LOL!...It's the softness of my skin when I happen to touch my face throughout the day that makes this purchase truly delightful!! I also would like to mention that I have suffered with oily skin all of my life...and it seems that my new skin is producing less oiliness, which makes my makeup last fresher on my face longer...for those of you who are beginners at this like I am I would suggest you visit "you tube" and watch actual demonstrations....it's worth your time! I have already learned and experienced that if my diamond tip starts to pull or drag heavily against my skin ...I need to turn the power down some...which will leave tiny scratches about the face...but they do heal quite fast in no time with little or no down time...I take my time and do one area evenly and thoroughly and get superb results which pleases me greatly. I love nourishing my skin after using the machine with a mixture of aloe vera & tea tree oil before using my normal moisturizers etc. I will be 62 years old later this year, my dermatologist told me because I have "very" over active oil glands is what keeps my aging prcoess in a slow cycle...I will never look 25 again, but I don't look in my 50's or 60's yet, and now I have a machine that will stimulate new skin to the surface and collagen more rapidly to keep the improvement of a more youthful complexion, and the softness in my face without all the excess oil build up..ooooh life is sweet! One final praise is that my breakouts have minimized as well. I am very pleased and satisfied with my decision to purchase this machine and I hope it lasts for many years to come?
